  • If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 30 days ago, the item is no longer available for sale, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
  • Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 


If the product you receive is defective, we can process an exchange for a new, identical item. Please contact help@myapotheos.com and provide images of the faulty product you received in order to begin the exchange process.
